Adjustable Clamp

The adjustable clamp provides flexibility to secure components that cannot be directly tie down to threaded surface. The design of adjustable threaded hole with thumbscrew make it possible to hold base plate of all thickness in place. It is available for both imperial and metric threaded surface.

Adjustable Base Clamp

This clamp can secure base plate (or work piece) of various thickness to any threaded surfaces. A single anchoring screw is used to fix the clamp at an arbitrary height. A saw-toothed prism base is engaged with the clamp at the increment of 1mm to adjust the clamp’s height from 3mm to 20mm.

Fixed Base Clamp

The base of this clamp is fixed at a give height to fit work pieces with matched heights. The angle of approach can be arbitrarily set. These base clamps are ideal for objects that do not have standard ¼-20 (M6) sized holes.

• Ideal for securing components that cannot be directly fastened to surfaces having ¼-20 (M6) tapped holes.

• Model 02BCF-1 is designed for 12mm thick bases.

• Model 02BCF-2 is for thicker, 14mm bases.
