Optical Bench

Precision machined from a monolithic aluminum alloy, these benches provide an accurate and stable platform for mounting. The dovetailed sliding mount allows quick and easy attachment of carriers with verified parallel and flat positioning. Metric scales are scored on both sides to show exact distances between carriers. With symmetrical design it will be possible to place the carrier on the optical bench both directions. Straightness is kept within ±0.2mm per meter.

Optical Carrier

An inverse dovetailed design for precise engage with the 01OBG series. Flatness is ensured while the thumbscrew is locked. These carriers cab be mounted at any location along the bench. Rapid reposition can be achieved by freeing the locking mechanism and sliding the carrier along the bench. Three different models are offered to meet specific requirement. Model 01OCR-3 includes a perpendicular precisor for adjustment of up to 10mm.
            For use with 010BH Series Optical Benches

• Thumbscrew position lock.

• No inclination with carrier locked in position.

• ¼-20(M6) and 8-32(M4)tapped mounting holes.

Optical Rail

These rails provides an accurate mount. The scales design is convenient for both directions. Features as long slots and low profile are for versatile mounting application. The monolithic aluminum structure is anodized for durability . Straightness is held to within ±0.2mm per meter

Optical Carrier

These carriers work with rail series 01OHB to provide the most versatility in the limited table space. The thumbscrew securely locks the carriers into any position on the rails and ensures an optimum stability. The built-in friction-reducing pad provides the carriers with smooth repositioning. Two models with different width will meet specific requirements.
