Platform

This universal platform provides a generous layout of tapped holes and counter bored holes for flexible mounting of optical components. The platform itself can be directly mounted to a standard optical table or other horizontal or vertical mounts.

• Fourteen ¼-20 (M6) and eight 8-32 (M4) threaded holes on a 1-inch (25mm0 pattern.

Rotary Platform

The versatile platform has five working surfaces with threaded holes and/or clearance slots. On one of these working surfaces, there is one circular slot centered at a clearance hole to provide 360° positioning in continuous 90° increments. This platform allows us to securely lock the working surface in any direction.

A generous layout of tapped holes and counterbored holes are available on these adjustable platforms. They provide a convenient offset for instruments while allowing two independent adjustments, a selection is available for either M6 x 0.5 pitch screw, ¼-80 pitch screws or micrometers. They provide kinematic, or thogonal angle control for selection of an exact planar surface.

• Tilt adjustments via two independent micrometers or M6 X 0.5, 1/4-80 pitch screws.

• Same size plate and hole pattern as 05NTP-1 (M) .

• Roller tip on adjustment screws provide smooth movement.

Both threaded and clearance holes are available on this kinematics tilt platform. Models with either a micrometer or an ¼-80 pitch adjustment screw are available. It is possible to adjust the elevation tilt angle and the rotational angle through the micrometer or 1/4-80 pitch adjustment screw. This provides excellent control in applications such as pointers.

A wide assortment of threaded and clearance holes is spread over the face of this versatile tilt platform. All three angle are fitted with micrometers. The azimuth adjustment can rotate the platform relative to the mount while the other two adjustments can orthogonal fine tune the tilt of the platform into a position parallel to an arbitrary plane.

• ±2.5° rotation adjustment around Z-axis; ±5.0° tilt in X- and Y-axis.
