Rod-Mounted Mirror Mount

Mirrors are secured in a sturdy mount with clear apertures in several sizes. The base of this mirror mount is attached to a 1.5 inch (38mm) mounting rod (sold separately as model 07LSR-1) to provide perpendicular positioning relative to the base-plate and an arbitrary angle relative to the mounting rod. The mirror is sledded into its fitting by finger placement. The fitting is finely tuned in two directions for precision control.

• Supports mirrors with clear apertures of 1, 1.5 and 2 inch (25.4, 38.1 and 50.8mm) diameter.

• Mounts on 1.5 inch (38mm) diameter rod (not included).

Adjustable Optic Positioner

The optics positioner is the ideal tool to apply in the situation while centering adjustment required in experiment. It is convenience for holding the optics firmly with a threaded POM ring and free of damage. Another POM ring in the other side to ensure the optics protected.

• Two axes can be adjusted for fine cross adjustment.

• Thread ¼-80 is used to provide very fine and precise adjustment.

• Adjustment range up to ±6.5mm for each axis.

This family of mounts is designed for secure positioning of beam-splitters or filters. The block-and-spindle unit (model 04NDH-1,2) is fitted with standard sized threaded/clearance holes to provide a sturdy mounting. A variable mount with such setup can then offer a secure seat for disks while allowing arbitrary rotation. Model 04NDH-3 is a precision-controlled unit that provides fine tune for alignment. All three models 04NDH-1,2, and 3 can be mounted on a standard mounting rod .

• 04NDH-2 offers a large 1 inch (25mm) spindle combined with a block containing a variety of ¼-20 (M6) tapped and clearance mounting holes.

• 04NDH-1 for 0.5 inch (12.7mm).

• Has ¼-20 threaded and clearance holes for post, base and table mounting.

• 04NDH-3 mounts on 1.5inch (38mm) rod with micrometer adjustments for pitch and yaw.
