Vertical Translation Stage

This compact translation stage has a center mounted micrometer on one of the side surface to provide precise height control of a heavy load. This stage offers a maximum translation of 6mm with an accuracy of 0.01mm. A precision rolling-rod bearing design is provided to ensure stability during vertical translation. The stage is also loaded with an internal ladder structure to provided a backlash free motion. There are two types of threaded holes on the working surface for versatile mounting needed.

Multi-Function Vertical Translation Stage

This versatile stage can be used to satisfy a varietty of requirements. Two parallel guiding posts are provided to guarantee the accuracy and repeatability of the sliding member’s position and ensure a smooth continuous transition between positions. A cross and a thumbscrew are used to quickly set the location of platform while a micrometer is used for fine tuning the location. The platform of this translation stage is mounted in a direction perpendicular to the sliding member. This translation stage can be fixed at  0-, 45- and  90-degree and as required.

• Movable table can be oriented horizontally, vertically, or 45° inclination.

• Linear bars ensure no vibration or twist while rising or lowering table.
