Inverted Biological Microscopes

Optical microscopy are separated into two main geometries i.e. upright and inverted, the geometry is directly dependent on the placement of the microscope objective with respect to the sample. Thus, inverted means observing from beneath the sample while upright means observation from above.

Clinical & Laboratory Microscope

       NIKON TS100/100-F
"eclipse routine inverted microscope - adding new dimensions
         to inverted routine microscope"

TS100 includes high grade CFI60 microscope objectives into this small-sized inverted microscope with longer working distances at higher numerical apertures. Thus improves observation under phase contrast microscopy. NIKON's very own a series of Apodized Phase Contrast Objectives, reduces the undesirable phase contrast "halo" such as to allow minute details within a specimen to be observed with wider tonal ranges.
