Upright Biological Microscopes

Optical microscopy are separated into two main geometries i.e. upright and inverted, the geometry is directly dependent on the placement of the microscope objective with respect to the sample. Thus, inverted means observing from beneath the sample while upright means observation from above.

The upright microscope looks down on the specimen with its objectives. This is the most used type of microscope.

   NIKON ECLIPSE 90i
"efficient automation in observation and imaging"

ECLIPSE 90i has been optimized for the direct capture and storage of digital images. With advance Nikon optics, one can observe aberration-free images with excellent resolution and smooth uniform brightness throughout the field of view. In addition to the digital photo aspect of the microscope, ECLIPSE 90i also consist of a motorized unit that can be operated via a PC, and interacts with the camera controls. Thus 90i allows researchers to perform high resolution digital imaging at ease. The Eclipse 80i is the recent advancement through the technical knowledge culmination of Nikon's experience in high end microscopy technologies and precision engineering.
