NEW Triggered Short Pulse Laser, down to 300ps pulse width
The STP-40K is a triggered Microchip Series laser. It produces 1064nm pulses which are directly generated from the diode pumped passively Q-switched Nd:YAG microchip engine. The pulse duration can go down to 300ps.
Microchip lasers are also easy to operate and service; controllers can be used with every laser head model and swapped within minutes while keeping constant operating parameters.

Controller for triggered Microchip Series lasers
The MLP-03A-xP1 series is a versatile and compact controller for all triggered Microchip Series laser heads. Stand alone laser users will use the desktop version which runs from 100 to 240 V AC, it is required to meet full CDRH certification. OEM customers can use the 12 V DC-powered module version or the board version.
RS232 and visual status LEDs provide information about laser operation. This controller is swappable with any compatible Microchip laser head and will automatically acquire the operating parameters of the laser. It provides a full protection against temperature overruns of the laser head.
