Water Jacket IncubatorOkolab’s Water Jacket Incubating Chamber provides rock-solid incubation stability both above and below room temperature, thanks to the thermal properties of water. 

Water is pumped from an external bath into the chamber’s base and lid. The actual sample temperature is monitored inside the chamber, using the provided fine gauge thermocouple. The temperature controller uses this thermal feedback from the sample to update the water bath’s set point, ensuring a specimen temperature accuracy of ± 0.1°C.

The Water Jacket Incubator provides superior incubation stability above and below room temperature by circulating water inside the base and lid of the water jacket chamber. Feedback is provided by sample temperature or by chamber temperature. Selection is done via OKO-TOUCH.

Okolab offers two Temperature controllers, according to the temperature range of interest.

H101-BASIC-BL – T range: [3°C above ambient; 60°C]

 

  • Temperature Range: from 3 above ambient to 60°C
  • Can operate in sample or chamber feedback mode
  • Temperature Accuracy on sample:
    • ±0.1°C in sample feedback mode
    • ±0.3°C in camber feedback mode, if room T remains within

    • ±0.1°C in sample feedback mode
    • ±0.3°C in camber feedback mode, if room T remains within

Gas Control: CO2 and O2 Precision

Digital Bold Line Gas Mixers connect directly to temperature controllers and are managed through the same user interface (OKO‑TOUCH).

Humidity Module

Gas is humidified through a bubbling column immersed in the water bath, with a pre‑heating coil to prevent condensation and ensure thermal equilibrium before entering the incubation chamber.

  • Can be used in cooling and heating modes
  • Open-loop, 80 % relative humidity to the sample

The OKO‑TOUCH touchscreen provides centralized control of all connected Bold Line controllers.

It automatically detects system components and displays supported functions, including:
